So, after a VERY long hiatus, I've returned to Warhammer. I used to play a lot of fantasy, but this time around I'm delving into W40k on the side of the Tau.
As a means to 'jump back in', I picked up the new rule book, the old codex, and the Tau Empire Battleforce and am in the middle of sprues and glue whilst trawling YouTube to get some painting tips.
In the mean time, I've been looking around for a local club/group to meet like-minded people, hopefully those that would welcome a mature, but newbie player that has a lot to learn.
However, the local GW shop is 20 miles away, and the only GW source in town is a few shelves in a computer/collectibles shop, so I'm at a loss at where to find people to play.
I'm looking for something in the Weston Super Mare, North Somerset, UK area.
Any tips in this area would be appreciated!
