I'm not sure about Marbo, HF, and PG. Would I be able to fit a Basilisk into this list?

Hi!

I wouldnt take HF in PCS squads, you have Chimeras HF in case if you will need AP4 flamer. Honestly 4 flamers or 3 flamers + HF isn't that much difference.
Also take flamers in squads. Not that expencive and better then nothing.

Ok and now about list in general:
CCS is expencive for small games. Usually Psykers are the best choice for small games.
Marbo is nice, but he wont make game for you alone. You need relible heavy hitter.
Drop 1 platoon, you do not need more then 1 platoon for 750 pts. list.
Take HS (LRBT, arty or manticore) you do not want to be outgunned.

Usually 750 pts. IG lists are (or alike):
Psyker
Vets with meltas on Chimera
Vets with meltas on Chimera
Vets with meltas
Vendetta
LRBT


You can try something like this:

Psyker
PCS 4 meltas
SQD LC f
SQD LC f
Vets 3 plasmas Chimera
Vendetta
LRBT
