Well, as the title suggests, is there any BL book where the Red Corsairs (CSM) have a major role? I used to play my CSM as Red Corsairs because the main idea of Chaos Space Pirates sounded awesome to me, but I found no good fluff on it. :(

Well there are a few, there is Blood Reaver that features the Night Lords as well as the Red Corsairs, which is a very good book. The Gildar Rift, which I haven't read unfortunately. Various short stories including this little gem, which is my favorite depiction of the Blackheart.

Ooh, thanks. I'll read that tonight.
I really like the look of Red Corsairs too, but without any fluff it was hard to design a likely army. Like, we know what a typical Iron Warriors or World Eaters army looks like, but what about Red Corsairs?

I cannot recommend Blood Reaver highly enough. (Along with the two books in the series with it.) I'd suggest reading the first book (Soul Hunter) first, to give Blood Reaver some more context, but if all you are after is the Red Corsairs info, then plow right into it.

What the above said on Blood Reaver, excellent book (and trilogy). I made the mistake of buying the Gildar Rift in the hopes it would be about Huron and the Corsairs. It isn't. Its about the Silver Skulls plain and simple, and though Huron and Corsairs do get a decent bit of screen time, it just wasn't what I hoped and to be honest I found it quite tedious. This is just personal opinion though and you might love it depending on your tastes. There's also a short story in Treacheries of the Space Marines that is centered around Huron Blackheart and his assault on a SoB convent, which was quite enjoyable.

I liked the depiction of the Red Corsairs in the GIldar RIft. Ive been slowly slogging through the daunting task of building/painting an army where all the models are in different livery with their chapter emblem redded out with hurons mark.
