so list goes like this:

heavy support:

I'm not so sure the bikers are going to be able to do much but get destroyed quickly. They are really the only fast moving unit you have and will be targeted quickly.

You may want to swap them out for something.

You can save some points by cutting the Fists off the squads. swap for power weapons for the extra attack. Maybe drop a couple neophytes and get another vindi!

well the bikers are clearly first turn kamikaze unit or they come from reserves...other than that, does this list stand on competitive side of playing?

At this point scale I would try to pimp the reclusiarch a bit more, artificer armor is a good start so you don't get owned in challenges.

I also like dual heavy tank hunting termies but it looks like you're going for more of a black tide feel. You'll need to make the most of your vindis since they're the only real firepower you got.
