Looking at starting this game (in fact, the only major game I'm not looking at starting is Malifaux) and I'd like to field an army purely made of Panzer tanks.

Firstly: is it game-wise feasible?
Secondly: is it price-wise feasible?
Thirdly: what should I get for a small beginner army?
Finally: how big should the board that I play on be?

Here is my answers to your questions.
Firstly: is it game-wise feasible? Yes it is,it plays alot like the 40k gaming system.Reminds me of a 40k and a Epic Hybrid.but ww2 style.
Secondly: is it price-wise feasible? yes,probably the cheapest game to play ATM of the Major gaming systems
Thirdly: what should I get for a small beginner army? You want to play a PAzer force,then i would plsay LW.They have all of the cool toys.I would say that you can build a nice force for under 200 Dollars.GEt a nice combination of BF and plastic solider company models.Just need to know if you want to play SS or Heer.I play SS PAnzers.
Also how many points worth.

Finally: how big should the board that I play on be? For a small game 4x4 table,but any 40k style gaming board will work.As a rule of thumb about tables bigger is better.

Price wise Early-Mid war Germans are very affordable indeed. If you are going down the Panzer route then Zevzda should be able to supply most of what you need dirt cheap.
