Im kinda burned out on 40k and horus heresy so looking for some opinions of these warhammer fantasy novels.

I have read alot of all the series so im just listing stuff i haven't read. I have a whole list of other books to read unrelated to warhammer but fancy a read of some fantasy.

I tend to prefer to read novels in series all together. The Fantasy novels ive enjoyed the most have been Witch hunter,Sigmar series, Blackhearts omnibus and most of all florin and Lorenzo.I dont enjoy the Gortrek and felix books but did enjoy the thanquol boneripper series.

So im wondering about the following:

The Ambassador
Ursun's Teeth
Death's Messenger

Death's City
Death's Legacy
Grudge Bearer
Oathbreaker
Honourkeeper
Reiksguard
Bloodborn
Bloodforged
Bloodsworn
Nagash The Sorcerer

Nagash The Unbroken
Nagash Immortal *
The Corrupted

Dead Winter
Knight of the Blazing Sun

I thought the Nagash series was great, although I am somewhat biased as a Tomb Kings player.

My lady even read the first one and liked it. She mostly stopped there as she is has got a bunch of other books in a different series that she is really interested in to keep her occupied.

The only one on your list i've read was reiksgaurd. Im not sure if it was part of a series but the book itself was thouroghly enjoyable and well worth a read.

May your chest inspire the hopes and dreams of millions.
May your arm girth frighten the elderly, slow moving adults and very small children.
May your gains be plentiful.
Go forth and LIFT.

I liked the Malekith series by Gav Thorpe. Always good if the author of the army book gets three novels to flesh out the background. But then again, I play Dark Elves. I also enjoyed the Malus Darkblade triology.

The only ones of that list i have read is the ulrika series (bloodborn/forged/sworn) and they are AMAZING. Not much other than the latest gaunt's ghosts or pariah have kept me up till 4am reading so I can finish it in 2 nights but all three of those books did.
Not on the list but also pretty cool is the Sundering Trilogy, particulaly the second one. It is a very nice history of the High/Dark elves.

Oh, I certainly vote with my dollar, but the problem is that that is not enough. The problem with the 'vote with your dollar' response is that it doesn't take into account why we're not buying the product. I want to enjoy 40k enough to buy back in. It was my introduction to traditional games, and there was a time when I enjoyed it very much. I want to buy 40k, but Gamesworkshop is doing their very best to push me away, and simply not buying their product won't tell them that.

I can attest the Dwarf books are all good reads.

Then again, I am a dwarf player... Nonetheless, good stuff.

Some people play to win, some people play for fun. Me? I play to kill toy soldiers.

Emperors Swords, Knight of the Realm, Warrior Priest, and Reiksguard are all excellent books. Currently reading Blood of Aenarion which is quite good as well.

I have enjoyed the Malus Darkblade series as well as the Sundering trilogy and some of the Gotrek & Felix novels.

Might well check out the Ulrika series at some point as they sound interesting.

Do you like sexy female Vampires?

I found them very good and had some interesting twists and turns - athough I think Dracenfels and the new Neferata are better but they are a nice addiiton to the Warhammer World.

Just finished Nagash series and agree that was very good - lots of interesting background and information that adds to the depth of Warhammer, good characters and a excellent plot.

Deaths City etc are good - if you are into rpging -especially - they are pretty dark in tone but good.
