That is a Forgeworld model. I think current rules are in the latest Aeronautica book.

AS to using it make sure you group allows forgeworld first.

Or, you could use it as a "counts-as" helldrake, especially if you already have the hellblade and don't want to shell out the $75 for the helldrake.

Or, if you have the cash a Storm Eagle Assault Gunship looks a lot of fun. expensive but wow, you can actually make decent use of things like Zerkers.

The rules are in Imperial Armour Aeronautica, which are the current, updated rules.

Siege of Vraks units have mostly been updated in later books for 6th, especially every flyer, which in IA:Aero.
