If you like the Doomsday Arc I say stick with the Stalker, they play well together. I personally like the Heavy Gauss better on the Stalker because I like to keep him far back on the flanks as much as possible.
The Tesseract Labyrinth can be very situational, but as you're primarily facing a Typhus list I can definitly see it being regularly useful for you.
You probably don't need more then two claws either, and then you can stick on Spyder with no upgrades in front to be the first ablative wounds.
I wouldn't recommend putting Res Lords in a unit less then around 200 points or so. As is I would swap them with Lanceteks probably, and with the spare points get a bit more troop action:
Necron Overlord 260
Warscythe
Mindshackle Scarabs
Tesseract Labyrinth
Phase Shifter
Catacomb Command Barge
Lancetek 35
Lancetek 35
Lancetek 35
Triarch Stalker (Heavy Gauss) 165
Necron Warriors x12 156
Necron Warriors x12 156
Nercon Warriors x6 78 (Because having a remainder makes me a sad panda

)
Canoptek Scarabs x3 45
Doomsday Ark 175
Doomscythe 175
Canoptek Spyders x3 195
-Gloom Prism
-Fabricator Array x2
Total 1500
Automatically Appended Next Post: Oh, and the Phase Shifter on the Overlord might not be needed much (you'll have to judge from your own experience though), maybe swap that with a second group of scarabs so you could build and send them in 2 waves?
