I don't mean to be too harsh as you've only made a few posts but its a very poor list, you've no magic or magic protection, you have one unit thats half way decent in close combat and your glade guard are too big to allow you to utilise their skirmisher movement advantages, blocks of 10-12 work better for glade guard (maybe a slightly bigger unit of glade guard if your giving one the flaming banner)

Wood Elves are good at one thing. Shooting.

As such, your highborn should be taking the bow of loren and arcane bodkins. But he should come second to a lord level mage. I forget what they're called. Wood Elves do well with beasts and averagely with life. Dwellers is a mediocre spell and life is subpar. Whereas Beasts has Wildform, Savage Beast, Transformation and Curse. All of which are brilliant. And work well with Wood Elves.

Your core should consist of Lots of small units of Glade Guard with musicians, and a big unit with the flaming banner and a musician. Then you take dryads, eagles and treekin to taste.

A necessity in ALL wood elf lists are eagles. They are brilliant for what they do. They can kill mages well, and hunt war machines and redirect.

You also have access to Waywatchers, who are brilliant and provide you with a way of dealing with 1+ armour saves with the killing blow once an enemy hits 20" away from them.

There's some good stuff in that thread, but reading over it from almost a year ago I'd actually now disagree with a fair bit of what I thought was good back then.

The joys of what Monstrous Cavalry have done to this game...
