This came up during a recent game. I moved my CCB up and my Lord jumps out. I want to charge my CCB at one target and the Lord at another.

1. Can the CCB charge/perform a hammer of wraith hit without the rider?
2. If so, what are the stats for the charge since the rider has disembarked?

1) Yes, as it specifies in the chariot rules that the CHARIOT charges
2) Just Hammer of wrath. No other attacks
