I'll provide fair warning - if you have to ask what colours to use, you're probably not ready to tackle it. You should be able to eyeball what colours you want to use.
NMM is an exercise in colour and reflection theory. What constitutes 'silver' depends on what that silver is reflecting. Gold, generally a yellow shifted version of the same. You may want a sky-earth reflection, you may want object reflections... It's a big field to play in.

I am parfectly aware that it is a hard technic to master, but it is to practice and train that I ask you about it and about what paint to use ^^'

You might as well just mix the paints yourself. As you've already been told, it's such a vast field that unless you specify and narrow down your question you either won't get any helpful answers or you'll get heaps of answers pointing you in 10 different directions.
For the simplest of NMMs go with greyscale for silver, yellow/brown for gold. Works best for small surfaces. If you're going to repeat your request for specific paints, then I'd say buy ALL greyscale paints and ALL yellow/brown (and potentially even orange). It's impossible to give advice without knowing what you're wanting to accomplish.
Check out tutorials and learn the theory behind NMM, then you should be able to pick up colours yourself (as pointed out by winterdyne). If you somehow can't do that, then search for specific tutorials that do what you want to accomplish, that have a list of colours. Or, post said picture(s) and ask what colours people would suggest to mimic the result in the picture.

If you want NMM, you're better off picking up the paints on your own than asking, since people generally have different ideas on what NMM look like. It mostly revolves around army, your own judgement, and their environment. NMM is mostly for armies with a lot of flat surfaces IMO, and not good for anything with ramshackle/rough technology, like Orks or Skaven. If you have a leve of skill to paint NMM on those, then holy moly you are amazing and I will waste more money on you.
