If I buy a unit of purifiers, and add a razorback as dedicated transport, can I then not field them in it, but instead field them in a Stormraven, holding them back in rserves while fielding the razorback on the ground from round 1?

Or same thing but with a strike squad. Can I field the razorback on the ground in round 1 but drop the strike squad through deep strike?

Yes. If you don't deploy unit embarked on their dedicated transport, you can keep one of them in Reserve while deploying other.
Or you put both separately in Reserve or deploy both separately on table.
