I liked they way the seem to have different weapon loadsouts and attacks.

I was playing like, just now, when I got your friend request, accepted, and then checked your posts, lol.

Game is fun as feth, a patch was just released that enhanced gameplay by a fair amount and added new weaponry for every class. Also a duel and capture the flag mode, and new levels.

Seriously fun game, dont think, just buy it, you wont regret it. Shout a khorne battle cry in the chat and youll find most people are warhammer fans

Best feeling is when you have javelins and a vanguard is charging at you roaring with his two handed sword held high and you hurl your spear into his neck and see him drop to his knees.

I was looking forward to playing this game but when I downloaded it on my PC, it was choppy as hell. My machine is well over recommended requirements. Tried it again on another nice machine with the same results. Would've loved to try it.

It is better than the piece of gak that is War of the Roses. It actually has good team objectives. I play as a Knight with a blacksmith hammer.

I'll have to chime in and say yes it's insanely stupid fun mode. Nothing quite like interrupting two guys fighting to rush forward with a claymore jab, killing one guy, then swiping the other one before he can react to whats going on.

Also, Arena level. Fists in the middle. If you get enough people involved its fun to see everyone beat down the people who try to bring weapons to the middle.

I've noticed this as well! "BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD" gets a lot of responses.

I play a knight (Typically Mason) with a Messer as my main weapon, a morning star as my side weapon, and a tower shield. So if you see a Mason Knight with a Messer named Ser Gregor Clegane charging you, it might be me.

Shouting "Yolo" into the chat also gets a lot of responses...

Once i get a new computer i will be buying this game...(if it goes on the steam sale soon) and I will possibly play as a vanguard....all I can say about this game is..whoever made this game is a genius.

Well truth be told I love this game. If you see Warboss Grimjaw runnin' at ya with the mighty F-Off hammer then you better start crying because you will get pasted Bearing in mind that big 2-handed hammer is really slow and has crap range and I can still out-swing blocks with relative ease.

However I have noticed two rather annoying parts to it. First problem is backstabbing - sounds petty but when people murder you while you're stuck in combat and you never knew the guy was there and it occurs many times during one match... much grumbling occurs.
The second problem is a game-balance issue I've barely seen pop up as a comment. Vanguard class is Broken. Let me explain. You have middle speed and middle health, a charge attack and the longest range melee weapons in the game. So all the poleaxe and greatsword Vanguard just left-click until the button breaks while the spear Vanguard repeatedly stab you AND NOTHING ELSE. In FFA matches the most used class is Vanguard and everyone hits each other with swords like it's a really crap puppet show. And before anyone says "you haven't tried them", I did. I Don't play Vanguard much but I used one for a TO match. Now I started as a Knight in the TO and switched to the Vanguard with Greatsword. My KD shot up from about 1.5 to at least 3 just because I outranged and outswung most of the other players on the enemy team.

But otherwise, it's a great laugh when you swing into a combat and kill 3 people in one swing

Bought this a few weeks ago and it was fun as hell....right up until the poin t where seemingly hundreds of people came online who didnt like the Archer classes....any of them...and then proceeded to just team kill throughout every game i looked in to (seriously there were about 20 games in a row with different people where all anyone was doing was archer killing, it was stupid).

Needless to say that killed my enthusiasm straight off the bat but ill try it again at some point...

Team killing is fun when you're in a big team of people you know/are talking to...
Random TKing is just kind of annoying...

Vanguard is the easiest class to play, but it isn't really broken. I've won or scored top three in many a Free For All match.

I find vanguards on average to be the easiest class to deal with in combat. Men at Arms the hardest.

I can only dee it being even vaguely funny when it is accidental and it is people you know, having BOTH TEAMS do nothing but TK archers in EVERY game i looked in to was just a giant pile of spank and has pushed me faaaaaaaar awa from this game (until i get bored and try it again ane become disappointed once again...)

The trick to it is this.
Drink two shots of vodka (Or other spirit) every time you die from a TK.
Everyone on the team turn on each other!

Playing as an archer and just running around with the dagger is pretty fun; people try to rush you because your shooting them with a bow, and then freak out when you rush them with a dagger.

Easiest class might be the right wording for Vanguard - pick a weapon and swing for all it's worth. You break mice that way... I did gain amusement from taunting a Left-clicking Vanguard fellow with a sword. He became sir-leftclicksalot while he dished out the usual less creative drivel as counter-remarks.

Teamkilling of archers is a new one to me, rarely have I seen that. Mostly its the Archers doing the teamkilling with misfires Though you do get the odd imbecile who just goes at it killing friend and foe with little understanding of the concept "team". They don't last long...
