So I'm trying to come up with an almost exclusively cc de army just cuz I'm getting kinda bored with the same old stuff, so please let me know what you think, I'm not trying to make it competitive just awsome!

HQ

baron

haemie w/ webway portal

haemie w/ liquifier gun and venom blade

Troops

20 hellions w/ helliarch w/ power lance

5 haywyches in venom w/ 2 SC's

5 haywyches in venom w/ 2 SC's

Elites

4 blasterborn in venom w/ 2 SC's

4 incubi in venom w/ 2 SC's

Fast attack

3 beastmasters- 5 khymera, 4 razorwing flocks

3 beastmasters- 5 khymera, 4 razorwing flocks

3 beastmasters- 5 khymera, 4 razorwing flocks

Heavy support

Talos w/ tl liquifier gun

Talos w/ tl liquifier gun

Talos w/ tl liquifier gun

So my overall stradegy is to form a wall with the beasts up front with the hellions right behind them who have the baron with them. Haemie with the portal will ride with the trueborn, then give them his pain token when he disembarks to drop it (and then die). Other haemie will ride with the incubi and try to flank with the wyches.

I'm considering making the beast squads into 3 smaller ones perhaps, just to give the enemy another target to worry about. I love how pretty much every single unit in this list would be a high priority target in every other list, which could diress some rather entertaining panicking from the opponent while he figures out which one to shoot. Please feel free to add sum flava!

I like the theme. Normally, people dont expect eldar or dark eldar to be a large blob of bodies rushing full speed at them. 64 foot models coming up fast from the center is nothing to sneeze at.

As far as changes, only a couple.

Instead of a venom blade, take a scissorhand for more CC power on the hamey. If you want to get into CC anyways, might as well go in kicking some ass.

Hellions could use a helliarch, if nothing else for the free venom blade and challenge chump. A cheap place to get a power weapon as well, to help cut through armor. I would probably go with a lance.

Venoms should all have 2 SC's, I dont know if you forgot to list them, or did not have the points. Do find the points.

I would stick with all liquifiers on the taloses...talosi? Whatever. Chain flails are good, but the liquifier can be really nasty out of the portal, and gives it some more killing oomph before you get to cc. Might never get to CC, so it helps. The overwatch from a TL liquifier is pretty damaging, warding off any squad wanting to kill or tie up the big beast.

Thanks dude, I really wanted to get a helliarch in there too, at least for challenging purposes. I do agree that the tl liquifier on the last talos will probably be better for coming out of the wwp, I originally had him with chain-flails cause I wanted him to be my av hunter, so I'll just hope he doesnt roll a 1 for his attacks. I did manage to loosen some points by converting the beast packs into three smaller ones, I was left about 30 points short which I thougt I might use on a wracks squad to come in from reserve and camp on the rear objective. So the updated list is up above.

I would go with the squad of wracks. I count that you have 51 points left, so you could get five. Could also get a bare bones hamey to give the hellions FNP, a klaivex with some upgrades, scissorhand for the hamey, night shields for the venoms, another beast master and 3 khymerae or 2 razorwing flocks.

Really, cant go wrong. The list is solid, just putting icing on the cake
