1. Do wargear that have area of effect (teleport homers, banners/standards, etc) work while inside a vehicle?

So if I have a Standard of Fortitude on a terminator in a landraider, is everything within 12" of the land raider FNP? Or if Belial is in there, does his teleport homer work within 6" of the LR? Neither of these things seem to require line of sight in RAW-terms (unless I missed something) but I'm not sure how they are intended to be used from within vehicles.

2. For Deathwing Assault, do all units making a deathwing assault have to come in on the same turn? E.G., If I had two different DWT squads, could I have one come in on turn 1 and one on turn 2? I thought the wording was a bit ambiguous.

I apologize if these questions have been addressed elsewhere already but I couldn't find them.

1) P. 78 Right Column Embarking section, 1st graph, 4th sentence answers this question.

1 yes they arrive on the same turn.

The wording is fairly clear - it says all units making DWA have to appear ont he same turn
