Couple of questions:

1. After reading through the latest FAQ regarding gun emplacments it says that a unit firing a emplaced weapon must be in base contact with that weapon and hence be on the roof to fire it (page 8 of FAQ BRB V1.2). Does this mean that you can be on the roof of the bunkers of the FoR and fire the weapons or is that FAQ specific to Bastions?

2. How many fire points do the outer bunkers of the FoR have? The planetstrike book says 6 and I can't find any other rule to state how many it has in the BRB.

Sorry in advance if these are repeat question. I searched the forum and could not find the answers I was searching for.

1. There are Weapon Emplacements and Emplaced Weapons. Weapon Emplacements need a model in base contact to fire. Emplaced Weapons (such as those found on the FoR) can only be fired if a model is "embarked" in that building.

2. As is physically modeled. I do not know exactly how many on the GW produced FoR since I do not own one.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Thanks! I understand the difference now after you explained it as such. As for the FoR, the bunkers per the planetstrike book say 6 fire points, so as long as my opponent is okay with that, I will play it as such.
