Open in ideas pls help i want to have the strongest list possibly

"Listen closely Brothers, for my life's breath is all but spent. There shall come a time far from now when our Chapter itself is dying, even as I am now dying, and our foes shall gather to destroy us. Then my children, I shall listen for your call in whatever realm of death holds me, and come I shall, no matter what the laws of life and death forbid. At the end I will be there. For the final battle. For the Wolftime."Leman Russ

Your Rune Priests are identical in both wargear and psychic powers, which is not allowed. Give one a meltabomb (or better yet, a Chooser of the Slain) and swap Jaws off of one of them for Murderous Hurricane, Tempest's Wrath, or Stormcaller.

I don't really see the point of the lone Drop Pod and the lone Rhino. If more of your force was in Pods/Rhinos I could follow the theme, but 1 of each I just don't get it.

One could also argue that with so many LL/Plasma/ML/Lascannon shots you really don't need the Quad Gun. I get the draw of reliable anti-air shooting but I don't really see a unit that's going to stay back and man the gun all game without sacrificing what it's been built to do.

I'd also personally give your Lone Wolf a Chainfist instead of the PW and take a second model as well.

Side effects of worshiping Papa Nurgle include (and are not limited to): Boils, scabs, internal bleeding, external bleeding, bleeding from the gums, eyes and ears, sweating, dehydration, furuncles, rash, pus-filled sores, nausea, vomiting, bloody vomit, black vomit, black & bloody vomit, sneezing, runny nose, dry nose, coughing, dry cough, wet cough, not-so-dry-but-still-raspy coughing, fever, hay fever, athlete's foot, athlete's arm, swimmer's ear, farmer's tongue, drowsiness, sleepiness, insomnia, mad cow disease, mad postal worker disease, loose bowels, constipation, anal leakage, and blood clotting. In most cases side effects were generally in the extreme and permanent. Consult your local cultist before worshiping Nurgle.

Spot on. Another option which is available if you can't find the points to modify your RP's wargear ; Exchange one Rune Priest for a Wolf Priest.

I guess the Drop Pod is to alpha strike your combi-meltas? I could see that being useful even if you're sacrificing your wolf guard to do it. But remember this is a tournament - if you pod in with just 3 WG models, they had better destroy whatever they shoot at because other wise you're just giving your opponent "First Blood" for free. You'll have to make a computation each game and decide if the sacrifice is worth it. However, AreTwo is 100% correct about the Rhino. Just one? It's going to die before it's engine even starts. Either exchange it for a drop pod or just ditch it altogether and save 35 points.

I kind of disagree here. One of the long fang sergeants will man the gun and the Aegis line will come in handy to give the long fangs cover. Keep the ADL and quad gun. However, you might consider exchanging two lascannons (in the same squad) for two plasma cannons. This will save you 10 points (enough for a chooser of the slain)

Agreed. Chainfist or Thunderhammer. + Meltabombs. You will easily have the points just by dropping your Rhino.

I would hate to have a LF Sarg manning the QG and giving up the ability to Split Fire - Pouring 4 Autocannons, 2 Lascannons and 3 ML (even with the latter 5 shots hitting on a 6) seems a bit overkill. I was more thinking along the lines of either a cheap GH squad (5 man with a Flamer) or if he took a large enough group of Wolf Guard, whoever was leftover (i.e., whoever was not broken off to be a Pack Leader) could man the gun instead. Otherwise, I think he could indeed free up some points for some Choosers with Plasma Cannons - or just running pure ML - both would be viable.

Put a rune priest on a QG (attach to LF) and have him swap for Prescience.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Also, get rid of the PW on the Lone Wolf and get him a chainfist.
