Few things to think about Personally, i feel that 10 man, t3 units are not really durable enough to go walking around the board. Even though mech lists did take a bit of a hit in 6th edition, they are still good. I would rather pay 55 points for a chimera (protection, guns, and mobility) than 30 points for the Carapace armor (protection and not very good protection either) You have a few other tanks as well for target saturation, so it would not be the end of the world. I would also not combine Plasma Guns with plasma Cannons. They fill 2 very different roles even though they are both S7 AP2. Plasma Gun: you want to be agressive. You want to move up into the middle of the board while shooting at 24" and then move in to 12" to double tap and finish something off. Plasma Cannon: you want to sit back and shoot away. You should never move. Personally, I think you have enough plasma guns that you do not need the 3 in your henchmen unit. You will either want to shoot something out of their range with the psykers and Cannons and they are useless. Or you will want to shoot at a closer target so you can shoot all your guns, when a target further away is better to shoot at. I would drop the henchmen plasmas and the Carapace armor and go full mech with lots of chimeras. You have durability against small arms, more 36" shooting, and more mobility for your plasma guns. The henchmen can stay on foot with the Aegis line (which can have a lascannon as coteaz gives you a re-roll to hit, TL is not as needed) I would also trade out the masters of ordinance for chimeras for the CCS as well. You want them to have some protection. You also want to be mobile with your plasma guns.
