Are Deathwing dreads bone white or dark angels green?

Are Deathwing squad markings always green? I have seen them in red and it looks real sharp. I like accuracy though....

Are there any sergeant or squad leader identifications in DW squads such as painted helmets and the like?

THANKS

Typically, Deathwing dreadnoughts are painted the same color as the the Deathwing Terminators. There is debate on whether or not Land Raiders and Dreadnoughts get painted bonewhite, but I am of the opinion that they should since they would be attached to Deathwing squads (especially the dreadnoughts, who would be piloted by former members of the 1st Company and hence deserve the honor of painting their armor bonewhite).
As far as squad markings, there is nothing I could find in the the newest codex that has "official" Deathwing squad markings, so that is a good reason to exercise some creativity on your part. Look up heraldry rules and using a mix of green, red, white, and black come up with your own. After you design heraldry, I would use it on a tilt shield or banner for your sergeant so he stands out amongst his troops.

Dark Angel dreadnoughts are traditionally maintained as part of the company they were a member of before being interred. Therefore there examples of both bone and green dreadnoughts. You could feasibly do a combined bone/green scheme for a company master who would be both part of a line company and the inner circle.

Also the new codex has a couple of dioramas filled with deathwing terminators with red markings, so go for it

Typically regular dreadnaughts are green like regular dark angels. Deathwing dreadnaughts are venerable dreadnaughts and are bone white.

Land raiders are green or bone depending on who's driving them. lol

True enough, Dreads are coloured and marked in accordance with the pilot's Company.

For example, if one of Belial's boys get interred, the Dread will be pained bone white!

DW dreads are bone white. As to the sargeants, maybe have a root through your bits box for anything to go on the top of the backpack ( winged skulls and such ) or use a banner to identify them.
