Ok maybe I am just ignorant when it comes to running an online company or something but how the hell does it take over a month (and still waiting) to ship out product? I ordered a pack plus and 2 foam trays (not even custom trays but standard ones) over a month ago and my order still has the status "Awaiting Fulfillment" aka the default status that was given to it since I ordered.

Anyone got some inside infos or is in the know as to why they take so long? Is the demand really that high? Are their margins so incredibly low that they don't keep any inventory on hand? Are they just incompetent as all hell? Now it can't be the margins because I paid $63 for essentially a nylon box with some foam and cardboard to boot so that can't be it.

Normally I would chalk this up to just bad luck or something went wrong but everyone I know who has ordered from them has experienced this along with me. When I ordered my original 720 I honestly forgot all about it until I was balancing my check book and remembered the transaction.

Has anyone else experienced this too?

i'd rather buy the foam myself (cheap as hell to get a large sheet of 1/2 inch thick open cell foam with medium toughness) and make the trays using a couple layers of cardboard for stability and putting them in a trunk. Fits more stuff, i can customize the foam to fit the model exactly with no finicky stuff, and its cheaper.
And the trunk i use has wheels! lol

Actually never had an issue with them, give Romeo the owner an e-mail, you can find his link on the 40k radio website.

That will probably help more than complaining on here.. Justifiably of course.

I had pretty fast turn around with mine.

Call them at 1-877-336-3626 and ask them what's going on.

I had the same issue. My girlfriend ordered me something from their Black Friday sale as a Christmas gift. As of last week they STILL hadn't shipped so she finally just requested a refund.

Ordering from battlefoam was such an unmitigated disaster, their customer service so abysmal, that even though my FLGS sells battlefoam and I could buy it with no wait I am definitely going to go with KR or army transport.

Seriously, waiting over two months with no explanation from a company as to where your order is unacceptable. There is an implication, with a Black Friday sale, that an order will be fulfilled by Christmas. That battlefoam had no intention of doing so OR of informing their customers that they would not do so tells me that they see the GW model of customer care as acceptable, in which case they are not deserving of any of our business.
