Briefly, I want to talk tactics, not the list. But you need to know the list first...

HQ Archon with huskblade, haywire & plasma grenades, ghostplate armor, combat drugs, soul trap, and shadow field. 160pts Haemonculus. 50pts Elite 5 Incubi with Klaivex that has demiklaives, bloodstone, murderous assault, and onslaught. 185pts Troops 10 Wracks with Acothyst. 110pts. In Raider with disintegrator, prow, launchers, sails, jets, chains, trophies, blades, racks, shields, and flicker. 125pts 10 Kabalites with blaster, dark lance, Sybarite with blast pistol & agoniser. 175pts 5 Wyches. 1 with razorflails, Hekatrix has blast pistol & agoniser, haywire & plasma grenades. 115pts. In Venom with splinter cannon, chains, trophies, nightshields. 85pts 5 Wyches. 1 with razorflails, Hekatrix has blast pistol & agoniser, haywire & plasma grenades. 115pts. Okay, should I
1. Have archon and incubi in raider, get as close as fast as I can to enemy lines, have them jump out, open portal and have haemi & wracks and kabalites arrive.
2. Have kabalites in raider, archon and incubi and haemi and wracks hoof it.
3. Have 10 wracks in raider race into enemy, others hoof it...

Reavers, hmmmm
3 groups if 6, or 2 groups of 9? Still plan to move, shoot, bladevane... Question though, can the 36" move be in a U or S pattern so I can blade over as much enemy units as I can....not exceeding 36" of course....

Any other thoughts?

when blade vaning it's done in a straight line and can only be done on a single unit, that being said if you're dropping a webway portal i'd say keep the darklance squad of warriors in the backfield to get an objective and still be able to shoot the dark lance (preferably in cover), Vehicles can't come through the portal so you might want to turbo the wyches down the flanks to confuse the enemy into possibly splitting his forces but make sure they are at least partially in cover as venoms are pretty weak, even better if nightfighting. then you could bring whatever out of the webway after that, including the reavers and bladevane stuff as they come out or get close and shoot. The one problem with this is the fact that the majority of your units will be in reserve and you can only keep 50% off the board at the start and you'll have to rely on good reserve rolls to get them into the game.

Basically hug cover, don't let your reavers get into CC unless you're finishing something off with Hammer of Wrath attacks, razorwing should probably focus on infantry and shoot off it's missles at blobs ASAP if playing against castle tau use your superior 36" ranged splinter cannons to your advantage along with STR8 to ID any suits

What's the possibility of dropping the portal and 7 wracks to get a Ravager or possibly Cronos to give FnP to reavers?

I was thinking of dropping portal, and freeing up some points. Wracks stay, but was thinking of cronos too.....
