So I have a question for the dakka forums. A Spacewolves longfang squad as written in the book says. you can have 1-5 longfangs- drop in page-squad leader.
My question is thus am I able to take 5 longfangs and a squad leader or is my squad leader part of the 1-5 longfangs? please help.

Its one squad leader + 1-5 models to a total of 6 models. Its unique i think to space wolves to have 5 models with Heavy weapons in their devastators so use that.

as a SW player Longfangs have always been one of my favorite units
plus two targets per unit with a sarge....... COME AT ME BRO!
Now another question that has been nagging me is must a take a sarge or can I just choose 5 long fangs with weapons solely?

There's a reason every SW player uses LF and every non-SW player hates them. They're cheap and can be spammed all over the place. For heavy armour throw in a Lascannon or two and you should be peachy. Another fun trick is to get a TDA WG with a CML and putting him in to add two more ML.
