Ok so this about the Coven throne, it says that it has the ethriel (sorry cant remember how to spell it and I dont have any books handy) in purposes of movement, dose that mean it gives the ethriel rule to the Vampires riding in the Chariot? or not?

The vampire riding the chariot cannot move on his own but instead the vampire and throne counts as one model. So when it moves, it will count as ethereal for the entire movement.

Ok but when something shoots at it, is it an Ethriel so only magic attacks can harm it?

No that would be the the ethereal rule. Spectral Steeds says you only get the bonus when moving.

Vampire riding Coven Throne - not ethereal.

Coven Throne - not ethereal.

Coven Throne when moving only - ethereal.

Vampire riding Coven Throne and Coven Throne itself - count as one model, and this model moves as if ethereal (but is not actually ethereal).

Coven Throne dies, Vamp rider now on foot - Vampire not ethereal, including for movement.
