Just planning to start a new BA army, the basis of writing this list is to know what i'm looking to buy - i want to have most models i build and paint to be "as is" so i don't have to proxy anything.

I'm looking to get a fast, Jump pack based army and here is what i have so far

Main aim here is to have the priests split with the two 10 man assault squads for the FnP stuff, I have no idea of what else to take, i have 360 points left and need a HQ choice.

Any tips anyone could give me?

In line with the theme, I would suggest a stormraven and a reclusiarch with jump pack.

Having not really played or even battle against a BA army, is this list competitive at all?

My own worries is that the Assault squads would get torn up pretty easily and the lack of bodies/models on the board

Dante and a unit or two of sanguinary guard along with the assault marines. Running a storm raven with them would also be nice to take on the other flyers. You could also consider some AA with the aegis defense line and a quad gun.

BA in general are not competitive. So don't stress too hard about how to make them so. You likely can't. I've been playing them since 2nd edition, and I'm completely losing my ass with them in 6th.

I thought the sergeant can only take a power weapon or a storm shield. I know their are also combat shields available.

Power fists usually are best for me but that might be personal opinions

I havent lost a game

I had the same expression as Eldar Man, but my luck for 6th hasn't been as good as his
