I have Daemon Prince that I want to arm with the "black mace". Unfortunately the plastic Daemon Prince kit doesn't have a mace, or anything similar, fortunately the plastic kit is easily converted. I just don't know where I can find a mace that is big enough. I don't play Fantasy, or follow it, but I would assume there must be a kit somewhere with a nice big Mace. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Why don't you find a smallish D10 and use plastic rod or something to make the mace? I can't think of any model with a mace.

I've seen someone cut up a load of Sanguinary Guard axes here on Dakka, that looked awesome. A friend of mine decided to use the wrecking ball looking part from the Skaven Plague Furnace, insane looking, but brilliant.

Well, you could use this:

Or alternatively you could get a plastic ball or make one from green stuff, glue some spikes on it or whatever you prefer and then drill the hand to insert a little rod in it and done.

Cheapest way to do this, imo, is the mace from the minotaur box,

should only be a buck or two, and is about the right size for a DP

Wow, the piece from the skaven bell mini is awesome! I may need to see if I can bits order that. The mace from the minotaurs looks about right too.

What about the new dragon ogres? Are those maces about the right size?

Have you got the new raptors boxset?
I'm going to use some of the warp talon jumppack winglets to make one.

Also I've started taking photos to use as reference for weathering which can be found here. Please send me your photos so they can be found all in one place!!
