I've been considering a jetbike mounted HQ choice for my Horus Heresy army to be accompanied by asquadron of jetbikes. Currently I've found the best two options to be either a Forgelord or Librarian on a bike. Both have their merits in the builds I have checked (Forgelord is 3+/3++ and can reroll failed statistic tests, Librarian twinlinks the squad and is 2+/5++) but I was hoping Dakka might have some more input on the subject. My ideas for possible builds are below:

Forge Lord 170
Power Axe
Servo Arm
Jetbike with Heavy Bolter
Refractor Field
2 x Cyber familiars

OR

Librarian 155
Mastery level 1
Force Axe
Jetbike with Heavy Bolter
Refractor Field
Artificer Armour
Divination Power

I would use the Librarian. Divination on a squad that expensive is just to useful to give up.
