This is the first Army I've tried putting together. I've played two games with it. Lost them both. So any help will be much appriciated.
HQ: Warboss with powerclaw and twin-linked shoota-120 points

Troop: 26 boyz with slugga/choppa -156 points
12 boyz with shootas-72 points

Elite: 5 Mega Nobz- 200 points

Heavy Support: 3 Killa Kans with 1 with Big Shoota 1 with Kustom Mega Blaster and 1 with Shorcha- 165 points

Fast Attack: 1 Dakka Jet with additional twin-linked super shoota.-120 points
5 DeffKoptas all with twin-linked rocket launchers- 205 points

Its a good list you've got there!
good solid and strong units, but it seems like your trying to shoot a fair bit with it, i'd drop the shoota boyz if you can and take more standard boyz if you can get em in trucks that way you can get em there quick! cos the trucks are fast you can deploy on the 12 move 12 and then turbo boost a further 12.. oh look your in your opponents deployment on your turn one and your boyz have arrived relatively safely!

i'd maybe drop down to 3-4 mega nobz as well that way you can afford to get them in a truck cos models in Mega armour just take up 2 slots which means your Warboss and his posy can arrive on your opponents door step along with the boyz to back em up!

Deff koptas are just nasty little things especially with the rokkits so good choice there and the jets another good choice!

the killa kans you could maybe save some points on by just giving them all just additional close combat weapons and just run the suckers behind your tanks to get obscured saves and stuff.

Ok so I'm not going to pretend to know everything about orks, but I've got a friend who plays them and runs a 30man boy squad with hard armour. And Im telling you, it's really hard to kill 30 boys with 4+ armour... You could try that if you want

Yeah, I know my army needs lootas. My next thing I want to add is a looted wagon and a trukk. I like the suggestions about maxing out a squad of hard boyz. I'll try it.

Flash gitz, zogwort, mass gretchin, loads of kommandos with rockets, tankbustas, and a fortress of redemption would be good. Essentially, the less boyz is better.

P.S., do everything but what I suggested.
