Made a new pack of plastic building bits for 28mm gamers. Stackable and expandable. They are designed to represent low cost housing units for colonies. These are pre-fabs. Kind of mobile homes of the future. The pic is one I threw together.

$8 per pack. Each pack builds this small shack.

Available here with pics of sprue;

More pics will be on the blog when I get some of the larger sheds painted. It is easy to battle damage too.

Very cool! Great little kit, nice and affordable, not to mention that it is plastic. Any plans to expand the range further?

Looks great! I love Proxie Models Stuff. I'd just modify the title of the Thread to add "Proxie Models New Release" to it.

Keep up the good work! Can we know the size? Also, the door appears part of the wall in the sprue pick, but absent in the assembled building. Is it meant to be cut out as an option?

Looks Brilliant!

Next time I'm picking up some bases I'll definitely toss a couple of these in the mix. I like how the sprues are different front and back.

Is the roof exactly twice as big as the walls? I'm already thinking of interesting kitbashing ideas.

Have you considered doing a rectangular sci-fi shipping container along similar design lines? The rediculous prices that AT43 containers seem to fetch online might indicate that there's a market for such an item. You've already got the sides sprue, all you'd need would be a sprue with half-side-size hatch endcaps. They'd be smaller than AT43 cans, but they'd still probably sell quite well.

One more thing for those unfamiliar with Proxie Models. They do a really good job making quality products. You can see a review I did last year of a batch of their bases here:

Thanks for the comments. The sides are exactly 1/2 size the top. The moldings have a couple options in case you make tall sides out of the tops. Or 2 sides can make an allternate roof. The doors and window are thin and I knocked them out. The interior walls have lights and can make decent corridors for space ships if you wanted.

Regarding shipping crates. I already made one as a contract for another company. He ran into some problems so they never made it to market as of yet. If they do I am sure he will post pics.

I am getting some odds and ends finished up and would like to try some figures ASAP before I get sidetracked again.

I also designed a 2 story garage door for this kit and if there is demand I will make a batch of those too.

That's great news about the sizes!

If you were able to post pics in the item listings of these kind of multistory kitbashes and spaceship corridors, I think it would inspire folks to buy more.

I'm not sure about overall demand, but the garage door piece sounds like an excellent addition.

Love this stuff. I saw it on your blog (which I also reapply enjoy). Shame about the cost of shipping to the UK, now.

The buildings look fantastic. I love how the barriers fit on them. Gives you more of a vertical presence on the table top.

As to the containers that Ken made. They will be released within the next few weeks. The only info I can give you right now is that they are plastic kits, having working doors x4 so you can put doors on both ends if you desire and can be built as a regular container or as a reefer container. The company name is Rust Forge. These containers will not be our only products either.

That said, buy Kens stuff. He does great work and has great prices. Yes, that was a completely shameless plug. And, no, I am not biased. I pay Ken for stuff, if anything, he should be plugging me!

The Orks are the pinnacle of creation. For them, the great struggle is won. They have evolved a society which knows no stress or angst. Who are we to judge them? We Eldar who have failed, or the Humans, on the road to ruin in their turn? And why? Because we sought answers to questions that an Ork wouldn't even bother to ask! We see a culture that is strong and despise it as crude.
