Since moving to Australia about 6 months ago now I've decided to learn how to paint propperly and re-boot my space marine army.
I call my Chapter "The Sons Of Loken"
The whole fluff is that being a Non-first founding chapter, they have no primarch, but view Loken as a spiritual Primarch.
They are under the watchful eye of the Inquisition, for their non-codex practice of beheading their fallen enemies.
I have written up a more "In-Depth" History of the chapter and of all it's characters and such if anyone would be interested in that

So far, my biggest headway has been with the DV set, and am now at a point where I only need to base my Models:

Great painting, the white is especially good! I have never been a fan of people writing names on the bases as I find it detracts from the model but apart from that. fantastic work!

So, I've built up a Command Squad, a Dreadnought, a squad of Assault Marines and some scouts.
Now currently just working on painting them all!
