I'm trying to get back into Fantasy, as it's a really enjoyable game. I'm still a bit of a novice when it comes to things though. I'm hoping ya'll can take a look at my list, and tell me what you think. I'm very open to suggestions!
2500 Pts - Tomb Kings Roster
Revision 1
1 Liche High Priest, Level 4, Lore of Nek
1 Earthing Rod
1 Talisman of Preservation
1 Liche High Priest, Level 4
1 Dispel Scroll
1 The Lore of Death
30 Skeleton Archers, Full Command
25 Skeleton Archers, Full Command
4 Skeleton Chariots, Full Command
1 Banner of Eternal Flame
1 Tomb Scorpion,
1 Tomb Scorpion
3 Carrion,
3 Carrion,
5 Sepulchral Stalkers
6 Necropolis Knights, Full Command
1 Casket of Souls
1 Hierotitan
This fixes most of the things people were suggesting, I beleive. I now have Chaff, and redirectors. I swapped the Level 4 Lore of Light, to death, so help handle High Armor save units. Stalkers should be adept at taking out Warmachines and dealing with the enemy backfield. The only thing I don't have are SSCs.
Old list.
Spoiler:
1 Liche High Priest,Level 4 Upgrade
Lore of Nekhehara, Heirophant.
1 Earthing Rod
1 Talisman of Preservation
1 Liche High Priest, LVL 4
1 Dispel Scroll
1 The Lore of Light
It looks like a nice balanced list, due to my meta I wouldn't personally play it however.
Only thing that I can think of is that you may want a musician in those Necro Knight units otherwise you'll be relying on casting desert wind to reform them
Is that a unit of 6 necroknights then? If so, I'd get full command if possible, or at least drop the champ for musician and/or standard.
I don't like a tomprince on a chariot just because the rules are wonky should his chariot be destroyed. Full command on the chariots would be helpful if the prince is riding with them.
A nor mal shield could be purchased for the TP if you drop one skelly. I don't know that the command on the skeletons is necessary (maybe just the musician) which would get you points for other upgrades on the necroknights or chariots.

Oops, I actually have full command on those, I'll just have to edit into the post. Thanks!

My mistake again! I'm not used to posting fantasy lists, so I'll have to edit it in. I've got full command on the Necro Knights and Chariots, as well as a Shield on the TP.
If I were to drop the Tomb Prince, what would you recommend instead?
With dbl lvl 4 at this point total, your either going to roll out and or roll up. With the casket and a lvl 4 you should be good on the power section.
6 Skeleton Chariots, Full Command
1 Banner of Eternal Flame
Not much of fan of these guys. I have hit them many times with just a single unit and destroyed them. I would opt for more bodies in your list so that you can hand out the fire power. BS na, we auto hit on 5's mahahaha... This will clear out your chaff and anything else that might threaten your other units.
At 2500 what is your back field threat on the enemies WM? I would look at your list again and address this unless you think you can handle that part of it via magic?
Not to say that I would re write your list, but I feel you need some chaff, anti chaff, and core, and hard hitting units that dont die to cannons etc.
I personally love Carrion and find that they make good durable fast (for.tk) chaff
or a couple of SSC
Carrion is something I have considered. I'll see what I can do to make room for them. I'm not a big fan of the SSC.

I was taking the Lvl 4 light, since Light has a lot of nice buff spells, that I thought would compliment the Lore of Nek pretty well. Is this not advisable? Should I take a level 2, or a Pair of Level 2's instead for that?

I figured the chariots would be pretty good at wiping out weaker units on a charge. The Tomb Prince was supposed to help if there are any protracted combats. Are Tomb King Chariots really that bad?

I was hoping Light of Death would be able to take care of the Warmachines, but if not, then I guess the second best bet would be Skeleton Horsemen Archers? As for Chaff, Carrion seems like a good choice, not sure what I would cut at this point to make room for these choices though.
Thanks everyone so far for the help, it is really appreciated.
Not a fan of the chariot prince, easy for his chariot to get targeted and you can't bring that back, I'd drop him and 2 chariots for 2 SSCs. 4 man chariot is a good size and is mostly going to be used for flaming impact hits to negate regen.

Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd
-Alexis de Tocqueville.

Alright, the consensus is the prince is pretty bad, so I'll drop him. Are SSC really that good? I'm not really a fan, but if they are that effective, it would be hard to refuse them.
