Bear in mind I will mainly be fighting orks and blood angels.

If I *knew* that my opponent would be Orks, or bugs I would take the incinerators in a heart beat. General usage however, Psycannons for most lists. The ability to shunt move and then dump 4 psycannon shots into rear armor the turn you jump and 8 shots if you stay still afterwards is just too delicious to pass up.

I've only fielded mine a few times but 2x MC Hammers, 2x Psycannons and the rest regular swords worked out good for me. Depending on what I'm up against, I choose to combat squad them or not giving each one a hammer and one with 2 cannons. That way I can jump the shooty squad somewhere out of the way and get side/rear shots and have the other squad there to potentially charge a tank or go after weakened squads.

I myself default to, if I'm not sure what I'm fighting, I take incinerators. They are just too useful in this edition with all the ADLs hiding cheap and weak troops. Even against marines, wounding on 2's is going to cause lots of armor saves, You can certainly down marines by making them take lots of saves.

Yeah, telling people how this and that is 'garbage' and they should just throw their minis into the trash as they're not as efficient as XYZ.

They only have one weapon upgrade option - psycannons. If you're going to say that they can take other weapons, I'd say you should have your vision checked.

Incinerators are good against a single class of targets. Psycannons are good against everything. I'd even rather take psycannons against orks. Being able to throw around a bunch of shots at range, while always dancing out of close combat range, and being able to eat any ork vehicle for lunch sounds an awful lot better than a bunch of guys charging in, getting a single round of flamer fire, and then having the incinerators picked out (easy, because they'd have to be in the front), and then have the rest immediately charged and wiped out in close combat.
