Hey guys so as I want to get better at my writing I have decided to write up some background and stories for my Warriors of Chaos army. As it is a full Tzeench force obviously there will be alot of Tzeenchian characters. However a few other characters will appear along the way I will include a short bit of background about each character.

Mordrak Exalted Champion of Fate: Chaos Lord Mordrak wasnt born in the Northlands at all, in fact he was born in the Border Princes. As his father Prince Eldric planned to leave his crown to his son he was trained in politics court intrigue and of course close combat. Meanwhile his mother saw in him that he had some minor magical talent and so she trained him in some basic methods of divination As such he led his fathers army against many enemies from the savage barbaric hordes of orcs to the undead forces of the Vampire Counts. However this wasnt enough for him and upon venturing into the northlands he was to wander upon a mysterios shaman who went by the name of Bezenkul. While at first his first instinct was to kill the old man when he cried out "I know you seek to gain your fathers throne and to rule over all" he was intrigued for this is what his heart secretly desired. The old man told him of this god who was the Lord of Fate who if Mordrak became his champion would gift him with the power to control his fate and destiny and give him the power to rule over all.While part of him was telling him not to devote himself to his god his ambiton and ambiton to control his destiny and his fate and to rule over all clouded his judgement and he swore allegiance to Tzeench. Upon swearing alligiance he rode out to those warriors who had came with him and asked who would join him and declare their loyalty to Tzeench. While many were loyal to his father and sigmar they could see that staying loyal to his father and sigmar wasnt doing them much good and so they joined their lord in worshipping and swearing alegiance to Tzeench. Among those who joined him where 2 Batlle Wizards who in their quest to master magic happily joined Tzeench. In total out of the 400 men who had gone into the Northlands with him 250 of them joined him into chaos worship. Most of them were Mordraks elite forces and his body guard. However the remaining 150 men who stayed loyal were led by his personal champion Karl Griffinclaw.

When it became clear the other 150 wasnt going to join them all those who had sworn loyalty to Mordrak and tzeench turned on their friends and fellow soliders slaughtering them to a man. Mordrak slew his personal champion in a challenge offering his soul up to Tzeench. Tzeench set him 9 tests which if he passed them all he would make Mordrak his exalted mortal champion. As he completed these trials he began to gather other chaos followers of Tzeench to him. Tzeench also gifted Mordrak with a suit of Chaos Armour known as the Armour of Fate which glowed with the Eternal flame of change. While it offered extreme protection it also gave him one other secret ability. Each time he killed someonein close combat the armour would absorb the victims soul and heal any of Mordraks wounds. Also Tzeench gifted him with the Crown of Command which gave him the power to control his fate forever. After completing the ninth trial he swore that he would not rest until the world was in a constant state of change and this would began by him taking back what rightfully belongs to him.
