So for a chaos space marine lord on a juggernaut, could I just use the WHFB model? they look very similar, I would just replace the arm holding the sheild with a CSM hand with a bolt pistol, or would that not work with the fantasy style Armour? Would I have to green stuff in the cracks of the Armour and add the little lines that Marines have, or would that be too much work for too little reward?

Alot of the older 40K Chaos lords looked very much like their fantasy cousins and followers of Khone typically have an ancient baroque armour style associated with them.

Just convert it to the point where it looks significantly 40K with backpack, the joins in the armour, maybe some pipes or grills, etc...

Or this Chaos lord has been gifted some ancient armor of Khorne that looks like fantasy armor...

Yes, this is very possable.
I've done 3 out of the 8 I want, so far

What you want to do is get a CSM torso you like,
With weapons ect and GS the socket joint underneth
Flat, then glue to the legs on the jugger, (which are moulded on for some reason)
Just be aware of the arm posing, do some dry fits before you glue
