Aerial assualt states that raiders and raiavagers may move at faster then combat speed and still fire all weapons. Because all codex's came out before 6th does this mean that they can fire all 3 dark lances at full bs or because they are a fast they can only fire 2 when moving up to 12 inches?

The former. This specifically overrides the ability to only being able to fire 2 weapons having moved over 6"

Just to clarify, it's not because they were pre 6th and we make assumptions and convert them into 6th edition rules ourselves, it's because they were Errata'd.

Page 45 – Ravagers, Aerial Assault.
Replace the entry with the following:
“Aerial Assault: Due to the largely open construction of its decks
and the sophisticated targeting matrices used by its crew, a
Ravager that moved at cruising speed may fire all of its weapons
using its crew’s full Ballistic Skill.”
