So, in the Dark Angels codex, the dreadnought is listed with a power fist in it's wargear list. The Vanilla Dreadnought has DCCW. Does anyone know if this is a typo or intentional?

I've emailed GW but all I got back was a "Thank you, we'll consider it".

So if anyone had some means of clarification, that would be great.

P.S. Can deathwing apothecaries assault even though they are only equipped with a storm bolter and narthecium?

Is there really a difference between a DCCW and a Power Fist on a Walker?

Maybe they're phasing out DCCWs (like they're changing the rules on Terminator armor)?

It's intentional, they are functionally identical because the "Unwieldy" rule doesn't apply to walkers, they are slowly phasing dreadnought close combat weapons out.

Apothecaries can fight per the rules on page 51 which state "If a model is not specifically stated as having a weapon with the Melee type, it is treated as being armed with a single close combat weapon."

Interceptor Drones can disembark at any point during the Sun Shark's move (even though models cannot normally disembark from Zooming Flyers).

I'm new player, picked up 40k about 6 months ago, so thank you for not biting off my head. So the dreadnought still fights at original initiative and the apothercary would just it's base strength to fight with?
