Funny this should come up as a few days ago I realised I've got loads of ork walkers and a few chaos ones and have been pondering something similar to this with the orks as the main 1000pt force and the chaos as 500pt allies.
The ork list I came up with is similar however, I have gone for cheaper upgrades to the walkers, typically big shootas on the killer kans, big shoota/scorsha on the deff dreads. I have only taken 3 killa kans and taken 3 mega-nobz in a trukk to give me something a bit quick. The troops I have gone for are in smaller units with a nob and power-claw; so everything can take out vehicles in combat. I need to twiddle this to get some better anti-vehicle guns in; thinking a handful of lootas. The CSM allied bring the main anti-vehicle stuff to my force.
Looking at your list and my one - I'm thinking for yours:
Reduce a unit of shoota boys and bung them in a trukk with a nob in heavy armour + the big mek. That should free up enough points for some lootas to hide out in cover.
Lose some addtions and tone down some of the weapons on the walkers to free up some points and take more lootas. If you are facing AV14 you'll need to get close or target the side armour; if its a LRaider you'll have to try to ignore it or get close.
