Based on the existing rules for chaos demons (particularly Tzeentch flamers), the following rules changes would be quicker and faster:

1) When the opponent deep strikes Tzeentch Flamers, he rolls the scatter dice as normal. However, there should be no "reserve roll" as the demons already have half their army missing.

2) The oppopnent should then roll D3 and nominate up to three flamers in the squad (assuming there are three or more)

3) The opponent uses the standard template to determine which units are hit, when the flamers fire. However, there is no roll to wound.

4) Both players then consult the Codex on Breath of Chaos, agree that Tzeentch flamers are stupidly broken, and that some people should not be allowed to write codices. They then shake hands, smash the nominated models, and agree never to talk about Tzeentch flamers again.

This will improve the hobby as a whole by about 98%.
