Hey guys so this will be my battle reports thread for my Blood Angels successor chapter the Blood Paladins so heres the list I am using

So Today I got 3 100 point games in 2 vs the Ultramarines player of the group and 1 vs my partner using my friends Necron army. Il post up reports of them. Please be aware I forgot to take notes and so this is from what I can remember

Venerable Dreadnought with Assault cannon in drop pod
Misson was Big Guns never tire and we got 5 objectives I placed 1 in a bastian which was in my deployment zone and my other objective was placed in my deployment zone. George placed both of his in 2 lots of ruins which was in his deployment zone. The 5th objective was placed by another member of the group who put it in a forest in the middle of the board
Warlord Trait for me was the one which enables you to choose wether you have night fight in the first turn and I cant remember what my opponents was
I deployed first I combat squaded my Tactical Marines having 4 tactical marines and the Missle Launcher in the bastion with the other 5 with the sergant out in the open. With the Dreadnought on the left side of the bastion while the Terminators +captain sat in the middle of my deployment zone. Flanking them was the comnbat squad with the heavy bolter who was on the objective who fell to the red thirst (sigh) and the combat squad of them deployed just in front of them. George deployed the missle launcher tactical squad in one ruin on the objective while he deployed his chaplin and other tactical squad on the other objective the Command Squad and captain was inside of the razorback in the middle of his deployment zone
I choose to put Night Fight in play
Blood Paladins Turn 1:
Captain Angelous and his Terminator body guard decide to move forward while the Dreadnought also moves forward. Combat Squad B and D both moved forward. Shooting Phase and the Dreadnought finds himself out of range so he runs forward while Combat Squad A open up on the Razor Back with their Missile Launcher firing a Krak Missile into the Razor Back failing to do anything (sigh). Seeing that Combat Squad A had failed to do the deed Terminator Abereach Opened fire on the Razor Back with his Assault Cannon blowing it up. Combat Squad D found themself not in range so they ran towards the objective in the middle of the board while Combat Squad B opened fire on the command squad failing to do anything.
Ultramarines Turn 1:
Drop Pod Assault means that the Venerable Dreadnought arrives this turn while the Captain and his command Squad choose to hide behind the Drop Pod (come back here youuu). Shooting wise The Venerable Dread Imobilises my Dreadnought while the captain + command squad runs behind the cover of the drop pod.

Blood Paladins Turn 2:
Seeing the Arrival of the Drop Pod spurred Combat Squad D into action as they continued their advance towards the objective finally getting into the forest (yay) while Captain Angelous and his terminators turned to face the Drop Pod and Advanced towards it. Shooting phase began with my dread nought glanincing the venerable. Combat Squad A fired a krak missle into the Venerable failing to even glance while Terminator Albreach opened up fire with his Assault Cannon failing to do any damage to the Drop Pod. Combat Squad C opened fire into the Tactical Squad in the left ruin successfully killing 2 members of the squad

and combat squad D ran onto the objective
Ultramarines Turn 2:
The Venerable Dreadnought continued its advance forwards going towards my Terminators and Captain Angelous. The Captain and his Command Squad went towards Combat Squad D. Shooting phase Tactical Squad in the left ruin aimed their Missle Launcher at my dread nought glancing him (GOD DAMMNIT) while the command squad fired their bolt pistols killing no one followed up by the captain firing his plasma pistol and killing a member of the squad. Assault phase and the Captain + command squad assault and killed combat squad D)

Blood Paladins Turn 3:
With the destruction of their brothers in combat squad D combat squad B prepared to open fire on the tactical squad in the left ruin. Shooting phase Terminator Albereach fired his assault canon into the Drop Pod failing to do anything again (sigh). The Dreadnought however suceeded in glancing the Venrerable dread with Combat Squad A failing to do anything. Combat Squad C's Heavy Bolter combined with the fire power of Combat Squad B to knock down 3 more tactical marines.
Ultramarines Turn 3:
Venerable dreadnought advances towards the Terminators firing its assault cannon and fails to do anything (YAY) Tactical Squad in the left ruin had fell back at the end of last turn and auto regrouped and got back on the objective. Assault phase came with the Venerable Dreadnought charging my terminator and captain squad my over watch failing to achieve anything. The Dreadnought kills 2 terminators however the combined power of the Captain and Terminators blows him up.

Blood Paladins turn 4:
Captain Angelous and his merry band of Terminators advanced on the command squad. Shooting phase begins with Combat Squad A failing to do anything to the Drop Pod. Opening up his Assault Cannon Terminator Albereach drops one veteran with his Assault Cannon. Combat Squad C drops another marine with their heavy bolter while Combat Squad B rapid fires into the Captain and his command squad taking one wound off the captain. Assault Phase happens with Captain Angelous and his terminator squad assault the captain and his command squad. I issue a challenge and my opponent accepts his Captain my Captain rolls one successful hit and wounds but George passes his captains invun where as he wounds my Captain twice and Angelous fails to pass either of his 3+ invuns. Terminator Sergant Sanchez cuts down 2 more veterans while his power fist buddies finish the command squad off
Ultramarines Turn 4:
Not a great deal happens this turn if im honest I lose a couple of marines from Combat Squad B to shooting. Assault Phase comes and my Terminators fail to do anything to the captain while they lose 3 of their number in return

Blood Paladins Turn 5:
Again not a great deal happens Combat Squad A Band C all combine their fire power on the 5 man tactical squad and knock it down to 3 men (yey). Combat happened and my last 2 Terminators died.
Ultramarines turn 5:
George didnt do alot this turn he just congalined his Tactical Squad with Chaplin in onto the other objective. After this we decided to end the game here as there wasnt alot of time left and I didnt have much of a army left. Overall George won by 1 point and it was a very fun game
