Generally looks good.

I would consider loosing some of the upgrades, VoTLW, a power fist or two and gift of mutation. You could possibly do with a stronger second troop unit than the cultists, having one set of cultists hiding out of site can usually be achieved, but the terrain probably won't be thick enough for two.

I prefer Forgefiends with the hadesautocannon. The fiend itself can do the HP repair thing but it works better if you are not glancing yourself every other turn.

There's proably in the region of 100pts to be save in extras which could pay for a cultist unit to be buffed to a CSM unit.

I'm not sure how well the choosen will operate out of a rhino, if you are facing an assault army they'll do okay as the emeny will come to you. If you are facing a shooty one then the turn waiting outside the rhino before assaulting my get them shot up too much.

You've got some nice solid fire support at the 1500pt level. Some people have it in for flakk havocs, I'm on the fence with them at the moment.

The main CSM unit is tooled up for fire support so you could possibly loose the plasma pistol. If you are worried about getting some decent AP2 shots on people deep striking a combi-plasma may be better, it's likely you'll only get one chance to shoot so the extra (and cheaper) shot may be better.

Change the chosen to shoot. Although they lost infiltration and out flanking, the ability to take 4-5 special weapons or 1 heavy weapon is valuble.

Chosen+1, 5 flamers, melta bomb, rhino
Or Chosen, 4 plasma gun, melta bomb, rhino
Or Chosen, 4 melta gun, combi melta on champ, rhino

Or switch out chosen for termi squad of equal points to use unwieldly power weapons.
