This came up in a game. The Monolith is treated as never moved, even if it moved because of the heavy type. It is also a skimmer, which gives the Jink rule to it. For the Jink rule to give a 5+ cover save if you moved. Does the monolith get this effect?

Change this sentence to “Skimmers that are not also Heavy Vehicles have the Jink special rule”.

That is partially correct, the monolith is treated as stationary when it fires, for all other purposes it is treated as having moved if it moved, so it is not an auto hit in CC. Just thought I would clarify what the heavy rule says:
When it shoots, it counts as having remained stationary
So any other time it count's as having moved when it moves.
