Anyone have any suggestions for PC games with Warhamer 40k mods for them?

I don't think that this really counts, but I loved the Gauss weapon mod for Fallout 3 / NV

I dont own any 40k mods but isnt there supposed to be a fair few for fallout 3? They look pretty good too.

Fallout 3 has really nice 40k mod that turn all factions of Fallout 3 into 40k ones.
For Comamnd and Conquer General Zero Hours you have Generals 40k. Aldo it only has Ultramarines, Tau and Cadians.
Half Life 1 has very fun multiplayer 40k mod where you can play as Ultramarines vs Tyranids.
If you really look good mods for 40k - install Dark Crusade and Soulstorm and play their mods.
You have mods for everything: from new factions ( Inquisition Daemonhunters, Tyranids, Steel Legion... ), to unlimited troops mod up to total conversion to tabletop game.
My reccomendation - play Dawn of War and try all those mods.

The mod for Half Life 2 is called Exterminatus.
The mod for Command and Conquer General: Zero hour is called Only War.
You also have mod for Battlefield 1942 called Battlefield 40k.

Fallout 3 and probably New Vegas as well will have the best 40k mods. Check out tesnexus.

OH. MY. GOD. I have never heard of such a mod and...wow! WOW! I'm immediately going to buy the GOTY edition and install it. Any info on the Dawn of War tabletop mod please? That'd be awesome :/

Does anyone still play Exterminatus? I played it for a while a few years ago and it was nearly dead then.

The prefect example of someone missing the point.
Do not underestimate the Squats. They survived for millenia cut off from the Imperium and assailed on all sides. Their determination and resilience is an example to us all.
