The plan is to use Imotekh with his lighting to try and take out light transports while trying to keep the game night fight as long as possible. The destroyer lord will be with the wraiths going up the middle and will break off if need be. I will have the strike squad in the storm raven and a squad of warriors in a night scythe for mobile scoring units.

I don't think planning an army around rolling 6s is the best idea.

1 interceptor Icarus is going to potentially cost you ~400-500 points before they can do anything. Best to stick them on foot instead and run the raven as a gunboat.

What is your local meta? Certain selections in your list don't make a lot of sense to me. Halberds really only make sense if you're playing spess mehrines a lot, otherwise you could drop them to swords and grab psybolt ammo instead. Grey Knights tend to work better shooting rather than stabbing (1 base attack).

What is the inquisitor for? What purpose does it serve?

Imo kills allies with Lightning strikes. He's much better in a solo cron list.
