Never bring a tantalus to a competitive setting. 230pts for an open topped, av12 transport with your best unit inside. I've never seen them last past turn one in a tournament. Also, grotesques are pretty unreliable, yes they are very tough, but that's not how DE play. Also, with challenges and precision shots, it won't be too hard to snipe the haemonculus out of the unit, bringing you down to a 275pt unit with Ld4.
Don't give venoms night shields, pre measuring makes it easy for opponents to get around that and essentially waste those points.
Wyches are good in 6th, but not for combat against infantry. They lack hitting power to take out units quickly and don't have the numbers to be a good tar pit. Where they shine, is in groups of 5, all with haywire grenades. Statistically, they can kill almost any (non flying) vehicle in the game in one turn. Solution? Split the squad into two units of five, both in venoms.
Drop the shields on the ravagers, your opponent will be targeting them with lascannons, auto cannons, and missiles. In other words, 48" weapons. If you can shoot them, they can shoot you with room to spare.
Razorwing looks fine.
Oh, if you do drop the grots, haemonculus and tantalus, I strongly recommend taking the baron and a squad of beasts. The will kill anything they touch. (except dreads, stay away from those).
For Eldar stuff:
Ok, we can both agree that maugen ra is good. but is it really worth it to pay 245 points for a bs 7 quad gun with 1 extra shot? (195+50). There is never a need to put someone with a bs higher than 5 behind a quad gun as TL already gives you rerolls and you cannot reroll a reroll, making bs higher than 5 wasteful. Instead, try taking a farseer with a small squad of avengers. The farseer for buffs and Runes of Warding while the avenger exarch's bs5 operates the quad gun. you now have a scoring unit, a powerful psychic defense, and you still have a bs5 quad gun, for roughly the same price.
Drop the bikes down to three. If your opponent can kill three bikes, two more generally won't make a difference.
