Hi,
I live north of the GTA(greater toronto area)
I used to play casually in the Rogue Trader days (Marines and then Khorne using the two books of Chaos).
My painting skills back then were non existant.
Fast forward 20 years. The Dark Vengeance box kept talking to me at the store. So on boxing day I brought it home.
It was only a month ago I learned about washes, layers and dry brushing.
Unclear about how to highlight or use glazes which is why I started this account because I want to get some constructive criticisms on my paintings.
Eventually I think I'd like to branch out into playing but at this point just happy painting in my basement.

I notice you posted in the gallery some pics of HQ.
I bought it plus two expansions on ebay as warhammer quest is too expensive for my blood.
Unfotunately, it's in the middle of my board games to play pile mainly because of the difficulty of generating interest in others to play.

I like the highlights/the way you simulate light reflecting off the power armour in your minis.
