About to paint up Typhus. What would be a good GW green to base it with?

I'd suggest looking at painting plague marine tutorials and choose one which uses greens with the end result that you have in mind.

I'm partial to one I found online by a guy named Goatboy. But there are certainly many interpretations on the deathguard colours.

I used the ones on youtube which suggest death world green as a base, then drybrush nurgling green and bleached bone. Then wash athonian camoshade but its a bit too green I think now (look at my pics if you want). I now am going to base nurgling green, drybrush bleached bone then a small amount of white. Then wash with a 50 50 mix of agrax eartshade and serephim sepia. Let me know what you think

Also, in relation to nurgle, how would I make maggots? I am assuming little rolls of greenstuff.
