Well, it is the first time I try to do some weathering on a vehicle. I hope I am on the right road.

I think it looks great. What was the process for the carbon scoring, just light wash layers?

I notice that there aren't any scorch marks on the large hinge on the door. I can see them on the bottom of the pod and then again on the bottom of the door, but wouldn't the raised parts of the hinge bear some black residue as well?

Other than that, you have a good grasp of physics and splash dynamics! The muddy water splashed in an upward fashion looks great! Some Drop Pods just get done with dirt all over them, not so much like they touched down as they just got put into the bed of a truck and taken out muddin'. I really like that there is some clear direction here!

Yep, devlan mud, then devlan mud mixed with tin bitz. Then some chaos black and finally bolter. I just gave it a light wash of reikland fleshshade too.

I've given it a lot more of scratches now, and I think that I've finished this side.
