Hi all,

Just wanted to check if this is a common occurrence.

I placed an order with total wargamer about 2 weeks ago and still no sign of the item. Logged in a few and its still "processing". I then put in a ticket to find out whats going on and was told the following:

"We're still haveing supply issues.

A delivery is coming in on Friday - all outstanding orders will be fulfilled once it arrives - delivery within a couple of days.

Please let us know if you would rather have a refund - if this is too late for you.

Very sorry for the delay."

I've since asked for a refund but since doing so all contact from them has ceased.

Has anyone else had a similar issue with them? And what can I do to get my money back?
