You prop saw another one of my threats on a space wolf competitive list floating around on the forum, thats becouse i have 2 tournaments next week.

So this list does not contain to much but would maybe still be fun to play with.

HQ:
Rune priest/CotS/Runic armour: 130 points. {grey hunters}

Elite:
Lone wolf/Terminator armour/Wolf claw/Storm shield: 75 points.

Lone wolf/Terminator armour/Wolf claw/Storm shield: 75 points.

Troops:
Grey hunters (5)/Standard/MotW/Plasma: 110 points.

Grey hunters (5)/Standard/MotW/Plasma: 110 points.

I dont play SW but at 500 points 13 models will not go well youll be swamped with my 500 point eldar i have a fire prism and around 21 or 22 models and agaist nids or orks youll be out numbered 5 to 1 or more

I understand where you are going with the Lone Wolves, but they need chainfists or thunder hammers, or at least one with either. I would drop one, give the other a heavy weapon and stick him near the Runepriest.

Next, fill in the GH with whats left, or stick a power weapon WG in each. You should be able to get a unit of 9-10 GH with the one Lone Wolf. Also take another special weapon, probably a melta gun in the unit of 10 if you get there.(it is free if you reach 10 models in the unit.)

At this point value, youd be surprised as to what some can fit in.

I made the following list:

Runepriest/CofS/melta bombs: 115 points (JotWW and LL)

2x Grey hunters(10)/2 plasma: 160 x 2=320 points

Long fangs(3)/2 missle: 65 points

The problem is I don't know if we use the regular FoC

On your first list, way too many points are spent on wargear for a 500 point list. I think your second list is much better. I did really well in an escalation league at 500 points with this similar list;

WGBL
10 Grey Hunters + 2 Plasmaguns
10 Grey Hunters + 2 Meltaguns
6 Long Fangs + 5 Heavy Bolters

then where did you put your WGBL? and at this point of level woulnt you rather drop a long fang and get anather plasma? on the greyhunters instead of melta?

I only took the WGBL because I had to have an HQ. So I took the cheapest one I could. I was on foot with one of the GH squads. Which one depended on the situation.

And no I didn't want the second plasma because I knew my opponents were bringing big tanks (even at 500 points). One of my opponents took a Necron monolith (AV 14). Another took a Leman Russ and another dude had a venerable (or Ironclad?) dreadnought with AV 13. Without the meltaguns, I would have been completely helpless.

I did consider dropping a long fang or two to make the WGBL a Wolf Priest though. Preferred enemy with plasmaguns is the shiz.

Well I am going to do that I think. Also becouse I do not own 5 heavy bolter long fangs only 4 so yeah
