I know this sounds stupid, but I just bought the book and it is constantly being referenced as a wargear grouping but I cant find it ;_; Where is it?

It's next to army rules. Page 33.

Most of the stuff in it is crap you'll never use anyway but maybe that's just me. I mean it's not like ogre big names, vampire counts vampiric powers, slann abilities, chaos marks or possibly one of a number of other faction specific things i haven't mentioned. That said the storm banner, fellblade, plague banner and 3 clan skryre weapons (brass orb, doom rocket and death globe) are all very potent items to take. Problem with it is most of everything else is not worth taking in comparison. I am uncertain about some of the assassin weapons though. Doesn't sound as potent as a doom rocket or similar with the way i use em but if i can get it to mess up an opponent's movement or kill stuff then that's all i'll need.

No, its not like Ogre Big names. The scavange pile has useful stuff in it. Ogre Big names are all crap.

Really?! What's useful in the skaven scavenge pile? I mostly see stuff that doesn't really do a whole lot for the most part.

Poisoned Attacks isn't horrible. Tail weapon combines with that.

Warp Musket is kinda "meh", but the Warplock Pistol is pretty decent.

Rat Hound Bodyguard is sorta pointless though.

Don't get me wrong, none of them are great or anything, but I've used a few on occasion.
