this might be "duh" question but I would just like to be sure before i go trying it. If I have 4 Nightmare Shrouds can i force the same unit to take a moral check 4 times in one turn? and if so do they fall back multiple times?

Short Answer: Yes you can make them make multiple saves. No, you cannot make them fallback more than once per turn.

I've been going over the moral rules, and I can't find this. What am I missing?
Units immediately fall back after failing a moral test, and they fail tests automatically if already falling back.
I can't see the part where you only fall back once per phase.

I agree with grendel here, we need a citation on that "no falling back more than once per turn..." phrase as there is nothing to indicate that.
In fact, if you have the unit falling back already, any subsequent morale checks they need to make automatically fail, so as long as the checks are not simultaneous (I'm not sure of the wording of the nightmare shrouds or how you are using them), once a unit fails the first, you should be able to make them automatically fall back an additional 3 times.

Presuming the nightmare shrouded crypteks are in the same unit, the shroud is done as a shooting attack and therefore simultaniously (not sequentially) to all the other shrouds. If the nightmare-teks are in separate units however you could declare their attacks in the necessary sequence to make them fall back repeatedly.
Seems i was wrong with that blanket statement, you 'can' (under the right circumstances) force multiple fallback moves per turn.
